Father' Day Promotion on North Face

The North Face Cutback is a trail running shoe as well as suitable for mild trekking and hiking. Despite its trail running design, the shoe has a versatile X-2 cushioning in the forefoot and heel to equally enhance impact absorption on unyielding natural rock or cracked urban concrete. The North Face Cutback features a Roll Control medial heel wedge in the midsole to improve your stability, especially when your foot doesn't land exactly where you want it to. Blown rubber throughout the forefoot enhances the cushioned response without compromising the support of the injection-molded TPU shank insert. This is a great trail running shoe that won't trip you up if you decide to run within the boundaries of civilization.

Pacemakers fellowship long run

Where: Kepong Metropolitan Park
When: Saturday, 9th June 2007 @ 6:45am
Distance: 3.65km per lap
Participation fee: RM5
Pacemakers will be organising a simple fellowship run at the Kepong Metropolitan Park on 9th of June. The main purpose of this run is to have as many runners come together for a nice long run in preparation for the Penang Marathon to be held on June 24th.
Anyone who is interested please email DK or PM1. Running that one really long run that some of us try to include in our preparation for a marathon can really be tough, especially if we try to do it alone. The idea here is to enjoy the run while having fellowship. Isotonic drinks and fruits will be provided at each loop.
Runners can choose to run as many laps as they want. Even those who are not running in Penang but want to join us can do so. Some runners have already indicated wanting to run 10 laps or 36.5km. Let us know by the end of this month latest so we can confirm whether to proceed or not based on the response rate.
