Training @ Kampung Pandan

Yday training was really tough like hell. Coach really give kau-kau for the 1st group runner. We did a Set-Time for 400m x 16 times, resting is about 20 - 25 sec sahaja. Wan 2 drink water oso don't hv enough time. I still remember our max set-time is only 8 kali sahaja, this time double the amount. Really '' Wan 2 See Kiau Kiau'' lah. Lucky i still can mantain that pace. N so happy to see Justin the Pacemaker #19 here too.

Here are my lap time:
