This event was held on 18th sept (saturday), b4 Pj Half Marathon. So i take this run as my warm up run lah. According to Vincent aka PM10. He oredi measure the route distance, n it is 8.2km. Not 7.5km, which was mention by the organizer (lucky we do our homework). So i'm gonna run at 5mins per km, which mean should be crossing the finishing line in time of 40:00 mins.
Once the gun bang. I try to go as slow as i can, but after 4km. Engine getting hot, asking me to turbo. So i slowly start to shift gear 2 to gear 5, n manage to potong lot of sayur-sayuran. At the last 2km was the hardest task. Hill.. hill.. hill.. i can see a lot of sayur are walking liao, so i slash one by one without any problem lah. For the last 1km, turbo at 80% pace until finishing line without any difficulty. Come back wif a big smile on my face, hehehe...
