I decided to answer my running mate question in performance. I plan a tight 2 weeks tough training schedule for this run, under sun & rainand tar-pau for almost 2 weeks to gain rest and energy for after worktraining.
Race-eve
After fully load with carbo in 'low wong', we cheer Arsenal & Liverpool in EPL but have to skip Chelsea to get enough rest for tomorrow. But the trophy 
is flying round& round in my mind, can I get it? Damn, a sleepless night.
The Run
What a run!I really amaze that organizer distribute ribbon as entry check in startpoint, cool! And they also announce there will be another ribbon ½ ways, GREAT!Before long, the datuk tak-tau-nama start the race & I start in really slowpace, to be cautious & to be observe
spot me? Neh B15 mah.
I go like Soo Mar Keh after the 3K spot, faster & faster until almost 'pangsai', coz of pressure of the stomach. At the 9K spot, I view there is almost 10 people which in my viewing distance, because there is no BIB in the back, I will take no risk and decide to take all of them! At that moment, only tapping sound and breathing sound is on my ear
At the last 50 meter, I overtake 9 of them and I decide to let go the last one, as he look like boy. But I am damn wrong as he heading toward Men Open lane! I sprint like hell but unfortunately the organizer stop me on 5 meter spot as they afraid I might tear down all the finishing lane! I really get frustrated by them, but after I get the #20 card from them, then I hide my anger with a BIG smile & collect back my bumping heart from ground coz I speed too damn hard until heart drop.
Pay-Off
I have lost the top finishercard while I change, dun know what happen to me, luckily some good Ipoh folks pick it up and give to chairman, or else I won't be up stage to collect my hard-earn trophy! I have a chat with the #19 which is 3 seconds faster than me & he's 19 years, no wonder he look like boy!Really can rest 1 week from running? Timing? 41m17s for 10K compare 43m last year! Phew
