The way i plan is like going for marathon race. So am i really go for marathon ah? Nope! I'm not going for marathon lah. Crazy ah! I juz wan to test my mileage only, see how long can i last. Below is my training schedule, so hope i can accomplish it lah. Then i'll be happy liao lor. Heehah!

07th Nov. 2004 - 25km - Start @ 5:57am - Target time - below 2 hr 15 mins
14th Nov. 2004 - 30km - Start @ 5:00am - Target time - below 2 hr 45 mins
21st Nov. 2004 - 20km - Start @ 6:00am - Target time - below 1 hr 32 mins
