WORLD RECORD @ KLCC

Fullyshiet!! Fullycow!! Guess Wat?? Vincent Wong @ PM10 once of the veteran superb runner, has put all de youngster to shame. He break the 8 laps wif time of 44 mins 52 sec. Which is more than 1 min n half minutes faster than our previous record holder Chen Li-Hung. He could hv done a better time, if not the rain pour heavily @ KLCC. So Li-Hung, When are u going to come back to defend back ur title? Vincent is waiting for u anytime anywhere!

Here is my Vincent Wong 8 laps time:

Lap-1 : 5:21 = 05:21
Lap-2 : 5:38 = 10:59
Lap-3 : 5:45 = 16:45 (new world record for 3 laps time)
Lap-4 : 5:37 = 22:22
Lap-5 : 5:36 = 27:58 (new world record for 5 laps time)
Lap-6 : 5:43 = 33:42
Lap-7 : 5:39 = 39:22
Lap-8 : 5:30 = 44:52 (new world record for 8 laps time)

As for PM1, he oso very happy lah. He oso manage to break his own PR's mah. He could only follow Vincent for da first lap sahaja, after that smell no smoke oredi. Due to da first lap he speed like mad cow. The following lap he juz hv to maintain at his own speed lor. He nearly blown away by the strong wind, which oso slow down his speed. But overall, very satisfy mah. (where is my cigarette?)

Here are PM1 Lap time:

5:37 - 01m 37s (pace wif Vincent)

5:57 - 11m 34s (pancit like shiet)

5:58 - 17m 32s (maintain the current speed)

5:59 - 23m 32s (slow by 1 sec, but still ok)

6:01 - 29m 33s (oso slow 1 sec, but don't like the #6)

6:00 - 35m 34s (fast back 1 sec, but still not happy wif da #6)

5:57 - 41m 31s (wif 2 laps more to go, quickly increase speed)

5:35 - 47m 04s (speed at full throat)

Oso congrat's to Kenneth @ PM20, oso breaking his New PR's for 5 laps time trials. No wonder he kenot to smile to me lah, coz he oredi pia kau kau lat liao. Ok i understand liao! hehehe...

Time split, 7:16 / 7:12 / 7:14 / 7.16 / 6.58 total = 35 min 56 sec
