This sunday i'm gonna hv a big big race at my hometown Pg (season ending race lah), n i'm oredi running out of time lioa. Monday n Tuesday was TNS busy. So damn blardy ''Kan Cheong'' liao. I only hv 2 days to train sahaja, that is y'day n today. So y'day trying to do a cut short training 2 + 1 format. Cut short training mean, 100m fast (90%) n 100 slow @ below 5 mins pace around KLCC park. N that is call Farlek! Still not very satisfy, today gonna TNS kau kau @ the track again. Wish me gut luck @ Penang ya! (Omitorfat)...
