X Country Run - Race Report on 30th Jan 2005
Medal #85:
-------------
After 3 years of battling, the hard-earned medal is finally in my hand liao! Wear it around my neck n sleep until morning. Haha! Haha!
First of all, to race or not to race? That made me very pening kepala lor. I really don't hv much confidence about this X-Run, due to my 1 week rest for honeybulan. Stamina n speed all gone wif the wind liao! But i really love this X - Country lah! Wat to do, it has been part of my annual event liao wor. Where can miss miss wan!
To know whether i qualify to take part or not, I gave myself 1 week to train, wif not much time left. Gua really hentam the kau-kau lat everytime at the training! Mileage hitz more than 70km! My rest day was only the day b4 the race, n that was saturday. The rest of the days were ALL OUT! (speed until u lau sai). After 1 week of hard training, finally signed up the X-Run at 11:55am Saturday & bib # A278. As u all know lah, in KL register at the very last minutes oso mo mang tai wan. But TNS Chen bib show #A283, ayo! he wuz even later than me lah. Like that oso wanted to challenge me! Nvmlah, that guy always late wan. Hehe...
To cut the crap, full adventure report pls refer @ pm25 website ya! http://www.petalingrunner.blogspot.com/
FYI, only 4 pacemakers took part in the X-Run, they were PM1, PM8, PM24 n PM25. Most of the time ppl will say pm1 always there to spoit market. But sadly, it is pm1 who keeps the flag flying high most of the time..
