Sms from Jason Learn2eat!!
Jason PM23 n Joviet PM25 was running der Shear der Bridge Run at Singapore.
"The race was quite tough. Fighting with the weather condition. Quite humid n dry with no wind. Race started at 5.45am, me hit the wallat 16.1km. After that walk n run until the finishing."

Yeah! U're rite!!!
If Jason were running der Putrajaya, i think he sure pensan at der 1/2 mark liao. Lucky i didnt take dis race so seriously, coz i know its gonna be like hot barbique. I can see lotza runners burn to death, i mean over burn lah. Lucky der water station help alot, i never miss to drink. Powerbar oso provided at 1/2 mark, i think dis run almost semilar to KLIM. Distance marker were excellent, it help me to control my pace.

My 1st defeat to Chen Fong Fong!!!
I think almost a decade liao, i was unbeaten to Chen Fong Fong. But he deserve to get all der credit, he was running very consistanly even wit der hot n humid condition. I started very slow pace, but i finish it very strong. But still not too strong enuf to beat. I was trailing him 150m behind along der way, until der last 100m to go. I try to add petrol, but he finish me off very strongly. Kudos Fong Fong!

He didnt fell into the lake la,he jumped into the lake,he wants to commit suicide because of hypoglycaemia(low blood sugar in athlete's body after hyperventilation) hahaha,he shud have died!
He punched some runners because he was hallucinating, normal for mania runners after experiencing hyperhydration esp hot weather like Putrajaya
