New Friend who like To run & PR at KLCC

Hmmmm.... Tan Peng Peng kuai kuai shi shi when to KLCC PR again hor? hahaha!!!

**********************
Hi, Ronnie & Draco,

Nice to meet both of you.

I had my practice run at KLCC this evening but did not see both of you there, only Tan Boon Seng was there trying so hard to break his record.

I managed to improve my record for 3 laps, timing 19'19.52 (Original plan to run for 5 laps, but almost pancit after speeding at the slope near convention centre at lap 3). After walking for 1 lap, I did turbo run for 1 lap, clocked at the time of 5'43.72. Quite satisfied with my result in view of my jogging experince for only 2 months. I will try to improve further.

I did not aware that you went for another practice run for 15k yesterday, otherwise I could have joined you. As for me, I practised from my house to Sri Hartamas and return covering the distance of 13km (met Chen Fong Fong again), timed 76 minutes, not good enough because I still walked at some hills along the route, hoped to perform better on this sunday (New Balance Pacesetters 15km Run).

I really motivated after visiting your blog, reading your running experience and availability of upcoming events.Thank you very much.

Happy belated birthday to Rachel.

From
Lai Fong Sang
