Revenge! Revenge! Revenge!
Cinya happy I manage to get back I wat I lost last year. Bcoz hor, last yrs I started late for 3mins, n chase like dog end up 2 position away from medal. Cinya frust! This yrs by 7.10am I was oredi at starting line, opps! suddenly wan to pangsai again, KNN! quickly poof to settle it. Cinya kan cheong, after pangsai pia to starting line. Hmm.. still ontime, 7.25am but oredi sweat like waterfall liao. Haha, but good warm up for me liao.

Oredi 7.30am sharp liao, still no action, cinya geram! Body almost wan to cool down liao, finally after 7.35 baru der TNS VVIP flagoff der race. 54321 Bang! Wahh... der starting route was so strait which require u to pia until all out. So hor, everyone pia like cat n dog loh. After 1.5km was all uphill liao, sumore cinya pressure Pm19 was so close to me leh. I keep on my nerve until der u-turn 4km then add on extra turbo liao, fuh fah.. fuh fah.. fuh fah.. manage to breakaway from Pm19. KNN suddenly come another "kow sau" (fast runner from spore) grrrrr... pressure again!

Wit der last 2km finally I was kena potong sayur by him, try to chase as hard as i can. Pia until all my shiet out, still lost to him by 3sec. Anyway, gua cinya happy. I think I did my best liao, but I must watch closely to Pm19 liao.. He is back!!

WARNING: (According to Pm19, this is only his speed training, not yet 102% all out. So der
102% all out will be at S'pore 3rd Dec 2006).

WARNING: Pm21 put hi-tea coupon (pm1 and pm19 prize) in a clipboard, due to snap foto for PMs, she put clipboard on medal table, just few minutes, someone steal it.. hope runners in future have to take care their things, even on medal table.

There were few runners cheating in this race, very upset to see this happen. Why cant they run is a sporting way? IF U HAVE GUT, PLS SHOW UR GUT. IF NO GUT PLS STAY AT HOME, GIVE DER CHANCE FOR PPL WHO HV DER GUT! I oso very upset about those SAAA official, 20 yrs of experience. Still learn nothing, pls go back to kindergarden lah! TNMCH....
