All this below 3 races I will run at 4.30mins per km, enuf of pia kau-kau lat liao. Me oredi pia 4 races in 4 wks liao, cinya tired like kok. 1) Orange Run 2) Olympic Run 3) Bidor Run & 4) Bukit Jalil Run. Oredi make arrangement wit Saiful, Kenny Tan & Nazib to pace together. Hopefully within 49mins still able us to get medals, base on last year record 53mins plus for der 75th medals provided. All are welcome to pace-wit-me ya!
