After 4 days of no running, der feeling is cinya damn tired like kok. I was breathless during der last lap, Kenny keep turbo faster n faster. By der time I cross der finish line, feel like want to vomit liao. I got this strange feeling that this sunday I will lose to Kenny Tan & Stanley Cheong, both has been improving like kok.
