7.05am - 400m (Veteran)
7.10am - 400m (Men Open)
7.15am - 400m (Women) if available
7.30am - 3000m (all start together)
8.00am - 800m (Veteran)
8.10am - 800m (Men Open)
8.15am - 800m (Women) if available
8.30am - 200m (Veteran)
8.35am - 200m (Men Open)
8.40am - 200m (Women) if available
8.45am - 1500m (all start together)
9.00am - 400m Special (People with Learning Disabilities)
9.15am - 4x400m (all start together)
9.30am - Trophy presentation and group photos
9.45am - End of event

Finisher Medal
All participants will be awarded finishing medal regardless of completion times and position, thus everyone is a winner!
1st placing - Gold medal
2nd placing - Silver medal
3rd placing onwards - Bronze medal
Trophy
Each individual event will be entitled to ranking points : 1st = 10pts, 2nd = 8pts, 3rd = 6pts, 4th = 4 pts and 5th = 2 pts. No ranking point for team relay (4 x 400m) event and Special category event.
Trophies will be awarded to 5 men with the highest accumulated ranking points in the Open and Veteran categories.
Breakfast / Group Photographs
Banana, watermelons, mineral water & isotonic drinks will be made available for you to enjoy with other fellow runners and we encourage you to mingle with others and have a good time. Please throw the rubbish into the garbage bags provided to facilitate cleaning up. You have to keep the track clean and NO LITTERING will be allowed. If you wish to have group photographs taken, kindly ask our cameraman on duty for help.
Parking
You are advised to car pool to Kg Pandan Sport Complex due to limited parking available.
Public Toilet
Free of charge.

Der_Pacemakers Network as organizer of the 1sth Pacemakers Track Meet 2008 that will be held on Sunday 21st September, 2008 have taken all due care and caution in the preparation and organization of the run. Due to the nature of the run, the organizers/sponsors/organizing committee accepts no responsibility of any kind whether directly or indirectly for any accident/injury/death/loss of property arising before, during and after the said run. Participating in the run is at the participant’s own risk.
Force Majeure
Should any of the participants be prevented by disputes, fire, flood, earthquake, acts of any government, Act of God or other events of force majeure from participating, the organizer shall be under no liability for any loss suffered or incurred by the participant.
Matters Not Stated in the rules of the Run
The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the rules and regulation and any decisions on any unforeseen circumstances and misinterpretation of the rules.
