This Week LSD (11th & 12th October 2008)

Hi All,
Here’s the program for this weekend’s runs:

11th October 2008 :
5am Sat 11th – 25K (Incharge by Choi)

11th October 2008 :
6am Sat 11th – 15K (Incharge by Jamie)
- 11K over Double Hill + 4.6K on the RM route)

12th October 2008 :
5am Sun 12th – 35K (Incharge by Jamie)
Solaris > Income Tax > Hartamas > Bkt Aman (refuel) > RM route. The first 21K of this run will count towards the timing for World Wide Half Marathon.
