Thank you everyone for coming, without ur attendance we wont hv so much fun n suffering like kok. I'm so happy I could still manage to do 10 sets of 1000m under sub 4mins (eventho cinya suffer like kok, but cinya worth it), I cant remember liao when was der last time I did this hardcore training, but der last was wit during Chan Chee Seng (my coach) way back 3 yrs ago. All his training menu I always keep in my pocket, during der marathon training. All his student oso required to do this, this is how I get der idea. Is all about pacing, not every event provide distance marker for u, even yes.. most of them are not correct wan. Wit this kind of training, U will get der real taste of ur own pacing. (ahem.. sori for talking kok again.)
