Time : 5.15am 3 loops of Bird Park 2.6km each loop
Time : 6.10am to Sri Hartamas

I can't wait for all this to be over, cinya beh tahan wit all this tough training. Today I lost 2 valuable pacer again, Stanley & Bryan. Both got national duty going on. Lucky still got some loyal pacer wit me, very kam siah n kumtung. Eventho today got Penembak Run at Klang, was surprise Sri Hartamas full of runners. I guess all cinya kan cheong for NB30K next week liao.

As usual, Kenny Choo set der unbelievable pace again. Everyone was struggle to follow him, including myself. As u can see my split time, all der timing is faster than last week. Weather was getting hot on return to bkt aman, Kenny Choo power stand until last 4km he kenot tahan liao. So let me all alone back to bkt aman, after reach der car park, 4 mins rest, continue another loop of bird park.
