Very disappointed wit my run again, I only got myself to blame loh. Taking too much time at der toilet, pangsai pangsai non stop. Dont hv enuf time for warming up, rush to der starting line, wanted to squeeze into der pole position. But oredi starting der countdown, I was in der middle pack like bak chang. So hard to pick up my pace at der start, leg cinya der heavy like folk n spoon. My target is keep close wit Fauzan Pm24, only at der last 1km manage to sayur him. But wit shock surprise Kenny Tan come from behind n sayur me until smell no smoke.
