Ronnie, u very der slow. All your training go into longkang!
Anonymous you shut up, who are you to say like that to my husband, you are the one who suppose to go into longkang. Pls behave on what you said and If you dont know how to respect people, we dont need a friend like you.
fuyoh! no play2. when the wife tns people, eveb the sky will also cry.
aiyah, even go to longkang no big deal lah. most important is the courage to participate. and he never stingy in parting his knowledge & experience to new comers or other runners. eventho' he amkan when people sayur him, he still happy like kok cos he can run with someone who is better than him.
that's the sporting spirit nia!!! go! go! go!
Nice route today, but the traffic and direction management needs improvement.
The police marshalls were just standing around and allowing the ppl to run at will, all over the place and there was no clear direction for 5k route fr 10/ 15k.
Ronnie, u old oredi lah,not fast enough, please target on 42km lah
I saw,I also sad with runners,who didn't follow the direction b4 5km,cause the traffic more worst,runners must take care of their safety,follow the direction which organiser plan liao mah..run left and right,lucky didn't see any case happen.See my pics already know..cinya.
22
agreed with pm21, don't simply 'condem' pple to longkang lah. not good lor. we are all runners thus' must support each other meh. fast or slow not important, as long as you finish the race at your own best effort. no one should be judge base on how fast he/she complete the run.
if free go and read Mr.Hajime (Eco-marathoner) thought on running slow in a marathon ;
http://www.phuketmarathon.com/LatestNews/TakeYourTimeattheLagunaPhuketInternationalMarathon.pdf
agreed with "22" on the running route. one minute i follow the front runners, running to the right, then another minute the race mashall ask to run on the left. damm dangereous lor !!!
There is always a good word to say if wan to encourage ppl to run Full/Fool. It is ppl choice to choose whether wan to run or not, not every runner is a superman, not every runner must run marathon, if u complete ur marathon ppl might salute u, is ur own satisfaction, therefore, don talk bad about ppl performance.
I think 42km also he cannot run,later he will berak at the longkang instead since he so kancheong all the time muahahahahaha
gua already Junior Vet liao lah!
