the expression on your face show it all. good job LFS !!!

dear Anonymous, Pacer do not & will not wait for others. should they start to wait for "everyone" then they will not be able to achieve their own pacer time. if you can't follow his 4 hr pace, then you should consider doing the 5 hr or 6 hr pace instead lor...

Looking at his expression, it's no doubt he is running for himself. All for the sake of his own time.

Anonymouse,

4 hours pacer does not mean that must completed exactly 4 hours. I have successfully maintained almost constant pace for the entire run. My main objective is to assist those followers to be qualified as sub 4 marathoner, thus I need to run a bit faster in order to secure wider margin of sub 4 objective (take into consideration of leg cramp, exhaustion and hitting wall at the most crucial last few km).
For your information I was feeling quite comfortable all the way till finishing line. If I am running for the sake of my own time, I will be pushing for new PB which is merely 8 min away. I am quite confident for sub 3:50 finishing should I push for the last few km. Instead I just remain steady and constant pace. As I really feel fresh and confortable towards last 200m, I have decided to push at maximum speed hoping to overtake runner 02182 and pia neck to neck with 00779.
I welcome those constructive criticism but please have courtesy to tell us who you are! Only those without ball dare not to reveal their own identity.

And also mind your language when you give comment! Should you want people to respect you, you need to respect others beforehand!
