Welcome to der Family - Pacemakers #58

Seng Chor is an IT Security Professional, who basically handles IT Security to keep the bad guys out. In the eyes of the public, he's "the security guard". He started running in the beginning of 2011. A friend invited him to run with her and her mum. It was then that he was introduced to the running groups.  Since then, he joined some of the running groups whenever he can.

His first ever road race was the Rat Race and he has been participating in the Rat Race without fail. He finished runners-up in 2011 and second runners-up in 2012 in the Men's Open category.

He ran his first half marathon in 2010 at PBIM. Then in the following year, he ran his first marathon in Sundown Marathon. So far, he has participated in:

1. 4 Ultra Marathons
2. 16 Marathons
3. 12 Half Marathons
4. Numerous number of 5k, 10k, 12k, 15k, 30k run

Lastly, he would like to thank Captain Ronnie See. Captain Ronnie will always be there whenever you need kaki to run. Rain or shine, Captain will be there. Too bad, he still cannot keep up even with Captain's slowest pace. He hope to smell a little of his smoke in the future. He will continue to PIA in future races, in line with Pacemakers Malaysia motto. The Spirit of PIA
