Body still feel not very ok, but i still go for training. Sifat (backside) gatal lor, Justin the Lau-Sai fella oso there. Bcoz me going he oso go. Coach ask to push kau-kau, sorrylah, i'm not 100% fit. So i juz try my best lor.

2000m # 1 - 1:39 / 1:41 / 1:40 / 1:37 / 1:37 = 8m 15.90s
2000m # 2 - 1:36 / 1:36 / 1:35 / 1:33 / 1:35 = 7m 58.68s
400m Set Time @ 2:10 inclusive rest - 1:30 / 1:26 / 1:24 / 1:20
