Ku Chow Ay, Ku Chow Snar, Sin PR

Yesterday's weather was GOOD! It might have rained in a few other places but KLCC park was cloudy and cooling. Not so hot compared to the other days. I paid tribute to the loo (like Ronnie always do) and started my run. 1st lap was to test to see if there are any nigglings on my legs and the rest was just numbers.
