STARRING DRACO NG , KLIM 2006 RUNNES, & PACE MAKERS RUNNER, KLAVA, SFARA, PJKU, FINAS, KENYA, FINLAND, bla bla, etc etc....
ONCE A UPON A TIME, FAR FAR BEYOND THE KL MARATHON 2006 .........
Before 4.15 a.m - Sleep for 4 hour , carbo load with vitamin C, Pati ayam, mutivitamin, ginseng, CAKES......
4.15 a.m stomach ache with LAU SAI(diarrhea) , then depart from my house, drink milk & fruit juice, bring along PO CHAI YIN, scare lau sai during the run...
4.30 arrive at Kl marathon, check in my bag, practice simple streching. meet, greet, & talk with the pace makers members.
4.50 report for running
5.00 , SHOOTING GUN ON , run baby run baby
First 5 km,
all pacemaker not run with me, all spread out, silent among me & other pacemaker. I saw KHOO & SHINE for FUN RUN with no BIB numbers, Actually what they doing there ??? tackling girls?? or tackling guys????? or molesting people :))) I pass over all the runner until middle part of the whole running group , to c on the front runner.
Second 5 km,
then run slow.....& consistent. saw a group runner helping out 1 of the runner pissing side road and fall down the slope , THANKS GOD , HE is safe and still alive. SO BECAREFUL WHEN U PISS AROUND, BEFORE UR LIFE WILL PISS OUT. PACING WITH PYHLIS KOK & TEY.
Third & fourth 5 km
run a bit fast and consistent. STILL PACING WITH PHyLLIS KOK & TEY, feel very boring, they are so quiet and so serious, & i run like a fool ...... drink a lot of waters on all the water stations that i passed through, watching some stars from the sky.... timer shout at me 1 hour 50 minutes after passing 20 km water station.:)
Fifth 5 km
drink a lot of waters on all the water stations that i passed through. run out from phyllis kok & tey, & at last find some one who talk to me , his named was MR Tong from kedah, ok okilah. at least dun feel boring & tired to run .....
Sixth 5 km
still drink a a lot of waters on all the water stations that i passed through. talk with the guy until so energetic ended running alone....., PASS the NIKE motivation PROGRAMME . sprinkle water, sign board, i really like it., get A FREE power gel, boost up my energy level
seventh 5km
hahaha very happy meet a german guy , advice him just keep running with ur on pace and smile always..... meet angie, cut over her, hahah very happy , meet alden, cut over on him, ....meet sj , cut over her.... and
Last 5km
at the last :( below the chest, upper the stomach, or so call abdomen muscle, CRAMP , early FINISH liao , tyre punctuate, ALL GONE WITH THE WIND, that's it , humiliation, disappointment. :((( cry like a baby , everything GONE, LOVE also GONE , at least saw rohaizad taking my sad photo ....... apply SLOAN also cannot work it out , rest a while , run back still cannot, pelvis muscle starting pain, BIG WALK and run slow for 2 minutes only aiyah , dun want to talk any more...... after the run plan to c FREE movie, TAK JADI lah..........
