Cinya Kan Cheong, 2 more days to Ipoh Run
There is 2 important thing I want to do in Ipoh, cinya cinya important wan!!
Ahem... Ahem...
1) Eat "Lou Wong" Tuageh Chicken Rice kau-kau lat.
2) Break my half marathon record of 1h 33min 15sec.
My this week training :
Monday - Running at klcc alone 11.7km (9 laps)
7'20, 7'10, 7'02, 6'49, 6'47, 6'34, 6'37, 6'26, 6'19 = 1' 10.35s
Tuesday - Running at klcc wit Jacob 3.9km (3 laps)

Very geram, 3sec away from PR. Too bad Jacob oredi pancit after 2nd laps, else I could hv done better timing hor.
5'31.86, 5'26.94, 5'22.51 = 16' 21.31s
Wednedsay - Running at klcc alone 10.4km (8 laps)

7'22, 7'08, 6'52, 6'50, 6'42, 6'36, 6'34, 6'23 = 54' 29.69s
Thursday - Running at klcc wit DK 6.5km (5 laps)

This is der 1st time DK pace wit me, he did very well according to my requirement.
7'11, 7'01, 6'57, 6'52, 6'45 = 34' 48.51 (PR for DK)
Friday - Rest, Eat, Sleep & Shit!
Saturday - Ipoh here I come! der PM's family to Ipoh are -
