While there will be a PJ Half Time Trial happening at Bkt Aman this Sunday, there will be a long practice run taking place at der KLCC Park tomorrow (Sat) starting at about 8:30am. Interest parties can join me for an easy 10-17K. Bring along your own water bottles. Anything less is to sacrifce der Gift!
