The flag off time has been confirmed for 7:15am. Due to Tan Sri Rohaizad being unable to attend as he is overseas on a work assignment, the flag off shall be officiated by DK.

The water station will be located 10meters from the starting point. Both Gatorade and plain water will be available to all runners at the end of each loop (2.3k)

Each participant will be given a quality wrist band upon registration on the race morning. There will be officials passing out ribbons at each lap to all participants. Participants will have to submit all the ribbons collected at the end of the race.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that you collect one ribbon for each lap completed. Due to there being many shortcuts in the Lake Gardens route, there will also be additional checkpoints along the way, besides the ribbons at the end of each lap.

We are also pleased to announce that professional photography services are being offered by the organiser. Our official photographers for the day are Tey Eng Tiong (pm22) and Dr. Jamie Pang (pm5). All photographs shall be uploaded into the Yahoo album where you can select and make requests for soft copies via e-mail.

Lastly, the volunteers for this event are Tey (pm22), Jamie (pm5), Ryan (pm17), Rachel (pm21), DK (pm4), Yaziz (pm7), Phyllis Kok, SJ (pm11) and Kelvin Ng (pm2)'s 3 lovely daughters. We hope to make this event an enjoyable one for you, so please come to us if there is something we can help you with on race day.

As the saying goes... PIA KAU KAU LAT!!!
