PAR4 - Trial Run (Cancel)
No Trail Run
There will be no trial run on 31st May 2008, bcoz most of der Gang are not available, coz either go for Sundown Marathon, Kuantan Beach Run or Relay for Life Charity Run. So there is no point for me to held this trial run, later I go there n pukul lalat nia. Sorry for der inconvenient cause, cinya paiseh.

Today is my last day at GTD after 4 years n 3 month, finally decided to make a move to a better place liao (I hope so lah). However my working time a bit change liao, from 9am - 6pm, previously was 9am to 5.30pm. So I hope der Lake Garden Gang can wait for me n train together ya, kam siah banyak banyak. Other are oso welcome to join us for training at LG, every tues to thurs 6.25pm. We have many experience runner training wit us too, ie, Ironman Saiful, Marathon-man Kenny, Master Frank, Locomotive Lai, Wonderwoman Geraldine & etc.. :) Thanks & Regards.

have always thot of joining pm at LG but too afraid coz me run slow slow like kura kura n pm all pia kau kau lat even when say easy run me oso must run like half dead to chase .... cinya leh ..
