Lake Garden is closed for 1 month, due to renovation work for florathon festival. So our meeting point temporary move to Bukit Aman car park, our running route will be at der Bird Park looping.

Very happy today got so many ppl join for der training, and very honour to have Lian Bee Hoon der women veteran champion in our training group. She may look old, but her heart like ferari machine. I was so pressure running wit her esp at der last loop, she really can pia kau-kau follow my buntot. Wern Tien set der fire after 2 loops, he and Kenny pia like cat n dog wit a 100m gap ahead. Me n Been Hoon manage to close up der gap before finishing. Really enjoy der run today, Thank to everyone to make it happen!
