Supposed to do my LSD on sat, but end in amkaness! Raining like cat n dog until 7am, sending sms to all der gang to resume our training on Sunday, same time same place. However all didn't show up, cinya amkan! Thank god Lian Bee Hoon come to my rescue, we had a good pace. It was a season best for me from Bkt Aman to Sri Hartamas, but on der way back Been Hoon cinya tired liao.. I reduce der pace allow her to catch up, my plan is to run sub 45mins. Anyway, I really enjoy today run.
