As usual, my saying is Cinya damn tired like kok! Thanks to my wife for allowing for me to hv 2 hrs sleep b4 go shopping, lucky my baby oso going to hv a nap on that timing.
Regards on our LSD training, I guess not many runners dare to join us. But cinya lucky to hv Kenny Tan, ZiShen & Brian Lee accompany me for der LSD. As usual, we started wit der 2 loops of bird park. Then we had a rest for water station.
