Time & Dist : 6.00am (2.6km X 2 Bird Park)
Time & Dist : 6.30am (9.66km + 2.27km X2 + 9.66km + 2.6km)
Total Distance : 31.33km

Thanks to TPC for dragging me like hell for der first 21km and Fabio Lee drag me for d last 10km. Only bad for today is der weather cinya hot like oven after 8am, Overall, I very enjoy der LSD. Next week will be even tough, distance increase to 35km liao! And I wont hv TPC wit me next wk, coz he is going for Twilight at Spore. Hopefully Kenny Tan & Kenny Wong will come and join me.
