Cinya satisfying run, wit so many ppl are back in action oredi. Welcome back Lai Fong Sang, and oso new comer Ahmad Farid join us for today training. As usual, we started wit a very slow pace which was lead by me. However, after der 2nd loop, der excited Farid take der leading pack. Slowly one by one drop off der pace wit Farid fast tempo speed, 1st it was Saiful, Kei Ming drop off at 2nd loop, Lai at 3rd loop & and finally himself Farid pancit at 4th loop. So only left me wit Suresh battle for der last loop. I try very hard to tekan my turbo all der way to finish, however still not strong enuf to beat der powerful Suresh.. cinya amazing wit his super power speed, I'm losing to him wit proud. [insert here, chuan like kok now] fufah.. fufah..

Another suffering like kok run again, this Suresh n Justin running like mad dog nia. Tomoro menu is 2.8km x 4 at Carcosa, I might be late or DNS.. anyway, Suresh will be der captain for tomoro training, same time same place. Joining him will be Justin, Vijay, etc.. etc.. pls give some support ya. Kam siah.

Thanks to Saiful buy us drink (100plus), he got 1st runner up at Genting Trailblazer under Mixed Category.

Again loh, Kenny Tan FFK. Lucky Justin Lee (promoted to Papa liao) willing to run wit me, cinya enjoy der run, we talk alot of der baby thing. Because both of us hv der same time become Papa haha! Congratulation to Justin, her daughter was born 1 day earlier than my son.

Tomoro I still onleave, need to go to JPN to register my son name. Finally got a name for my son liao, der name was given by Chai Kung (hmm, how to say in english ah?) Anyway, I will do my running at 4.45pm again wit Justin & Kenny (FFK or not?).

Btw, Thanks to Cheang Meng Wai, Datuk Yaziz & Ng Ping Loong for visitng me at hospital. Eng Seok Jiun & Adam Kok visit me at home, Kam Siah again!

Juz want to login some mileage, after wife feel asleep. Manage to take some time to go for my running, as usual, Kenny Tan FFK me again. So I hv to run solo, it was very struggle in d begining, due to lack of sleep.

Today I was on 1/2 day leave, so hv to start my run at 5pm. Cinya sorry kenot join der gang at 6.25pm session, I only hv Kei Ming & cinya Unfit Justin Lee join me for 5pm session. Glad to hv Justin back in action, he still as Un-fit as last time, Un-Fit mean Cinya UNbelievable FIT. Do U get wat I mean liao?
