Just come back from the Thailand Bangkok marathon.
I ran full marathon, at 4h 57m. My daughter Tan YiLing ran 10K.
When I mentioned the Malaysia Pacemaker runners group to the organiser, they are happy to pass their medals for you to show on your blog.
I gave them your website address, saying these medals will be published by Ronnie the leader. I took these medal photoes email to you, hopefully you can put on yr blog.
You can have the 10K medal, later I pass to you.
