Cinya enjoy today LSD, coz I dont hv to wake up so early for der Kanasai bird park loop, don't have to climb der TNS sri hartamas loop, and come back dont need to do extra KNN bird park loop. Pacing for today cinya der relax, only der start was a bit hard. Engine not yet hot, but Ruhjan oredi on fire. Sumore I lost 30s for pit stop, lucky manage to catch up wit der group and manage to dip below sub 50mins for der 1st half.

For 2nd half, I treat it as a speed workout. Thanks again for gang who willing to join me for der hardcore training since der last 2 month, cinya really appreciate ur support and attendants. All der best for Putrajaya Night Marathon!

Cinya der Congrats to Kenny Tan for his remarkable achievement, break der personal best for his current marathon at 3'36.55s at Khon Kaen (Thailand).

Every month there is a marathon for him. He has been racing non stop for der marathon since der Borneo Marathon on Oct 2009.

I'm glad all der harcore Shaolin training is over liao! This morning wake up very excited, never feel sleepy, 4.15am wake up liao, kan cheong all der way to Bkt Aman. But cinya sad, only saw Byran n Chin.. lucky got special Guest of Honor Mr.Moey Wooi San. Dont know wat bring him here, but I'm glad to have more pacer.

As for today LSD, my body feel very tired due to NB30K. However, der show must go on, cinya lucky no more on der turbo. It was a smooth sailing all der way to Hartamas. This is becoz Kenny Choo is not around, so can relax a bit lah. But der Sri Hartamas loop cinya der tough, struggle all der 3 loops. der rest is easy liao.

Cinya Amkan! I'm second time loser to this guy from Johor again, oredi lost to him at PIBM 2009 by 5sec nia. This time oso der same margin, come from behind and oredi ran out of gas liao, however my speed not as good as him. Anyway, I was Byran Lee my pacer who steel der show, he beat both of us.
